Things to do/ Recreation

Whether you come for a day, a week or a season, Bradford County has many things to see and do. Many visitors remark on the beauty of the hills and valleys and the quiet of the countryside, but hidden among this beauty are treasures of culture and art that may surprise you. The Bradford County Regional Arts award-winning Arts in Education Program brings touring shows to local theaters and top-level artists to rural classrooms. It is the first rural organization to ever receive a Governor’s Award for the Arts in the 25 year history of the award. While visiting, you may also want to check out our prize-winning wineries, taste some maple syrup, go on a farm tour, and discover historical landmarks.
